Pilot Club of Carrollton records
This collection consists of annual scrapbooks (1948-2013) that contain photographs, programs, newspaper clippings, and other materials that detail the activities of the Pilot Club of Carrollton over that time span. Three additional scrapbooks feature Jo Farish, who served as Governor for the State (Georgia) Pilot Club from 2008-2009.

Sidney Holderness Sr. family papers
These materials mainly consist of documents pertaining to the personal and professional lives of prominent Carrollton attorneys, Col. Sidney Holderness Sr. (1864-1939) and his son, Sidney Holderness Jr. (1899-1974). The materials were found during the 2014 renovation of the Stallings Building (previously the Holderness Building) at 201 Newnan Street in downtown Carrollton. Additional documents were donated by Dorothy Pittman in 2020 and 2023.

Ruth Rooks Sutton notecards
This collection contains thirty-five note cards with information about the Bonner family of Carrollton, Georgia. They were created by Ruth Rooks Sutton for a paper in high school in 1956-1957. She sent them in a letter to her aunt, Ila Rooks, who then sent them to Charles Beard at the University of West Georgia. Ila Rooks was related to James C. Bonner through her mother's side of the family. Both of these letters are in the collection as well.
