Biographical / Historical
This collection contains nine cookbooks from the West Georgia region that were published from 1977 to 2018. All were created and through the work of local groups and churches which gathered recipes from friends and family members to publish and sell for fundraising.
Each book contains a number of recipes, often cited as contributed by popular citizens in the area. Many of the books also contain short histories and and other details about the local community and the group associated with the project.
