Biographical / Historical
Bluford Sharp was born September 4, 1840, and died March 31, 1917, in Carrollton, Georgia. He owned the land where the University of West Georgia now stands and lived in the Bonner House. The uniform was made after the war for him to wear to Confederate soldiers' reunions.
