The bulk of the materials are photocopies. Individual files vary in content and size.

Biographical/Historical note
Ingram Library's Special Collections began to assemble biographical files (originally called "vertical files") for ease of researchers. The original vertical files also contained subject files which have been separated into another collection. The biographical files became a distinct collection in 2014.
