Almanacs collection
Scope and Contents note
This collection contains thirty almanacs, mostly from the early to mid-nineteenth century. The earlier almanacs have sewn bindings and the later ones are stapled. All are in fair to excellent condition, though require careful handling due to their age.

Arrangement note
Arranged alphabetically by almanac publisher’s name, then chronologically within folders.
Immediate Source of Acquisition note
Twenty-six of the almanacs were accepted into Special Collections sometime before April 1975. The collection contains four other almanacs dated after 1975. These were probably added by former archivist Myron House.
